My name is Nofar, I'm a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Many of us believe that there are things in our lives that are very difficult to change. The way we've learned to react to situations, the way we are used to dealing with difficulties. Many of us believe that it is hard and maybe even impossible to change harmful habits, relationships, thought patterns.
CBT therapy (cognitive-behavioral) proves again and again that the truth is completely opposite. Positive changes are very possible, different changes can happen at any age, at any time. Even the most difficult habits can be flexible and we can always teach ourselves a new way of life.
We all learn from a young age to think and interpret the world from personal experiences that we had throughout life. In our sessions we will learn to analyze and understand the way you learned to interpret the world, how you learned to think about people, about relationships, and together – we will find the way to change them, treat them, leverage them for self-fulfillment, personal empowerment and mental health.
I work with a deep understanding of the complexity of the human mind, while constantly researching and with a true passion to help people overcome life's challenges and see them as a journey of development. I advocate empowering my patients towards positive change and personal growth. I work with my patients from a collaborative approach, at eye level, and provide a safe and non-judgmental space for personal inquiry, curiosity, deep introspection and asking questions.
Together, we will develop strategies and practical tools to overcome the difficulties in everyday life, towards a significant change in lifestyle and improving mental health.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or just looking for personal development, I am here to support and guide you towards the happier and more fulfilling life which you deserve.
